Products & Artwork

All products sold through Karina Nikole CRMX are original, one-of-a-kind handcrafted works of art. Due to the handmade nature of each piece:

• Slight variations in color, texture, and form are inherent and part of what makes each piece unique.
• Product images are representative but may differ slightly from the actual piece due to screen display settings and photography.
• Each item is sold as-is. No two pieces are identical.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is currently available within the United States.
• Each piece is carefully packaged by hand. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and shipment.
• Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be provided during checkout or communicated personally.
• The buyer assumes responsibility for the item once it has been delivered by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a resolution.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to photographs, text, designs, and artwork — is the property of Karina Nikole CRMX and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Karina Nikole CRMX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or the purchase of any product. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
